Ban Appeal

Hello, I was recently banned for killing people while they were afk. However,
the rules say
No hacks/cheats/xrays
No griefing
Swearing will not be tolerated in any form
Do not ask for higher ranks
Listen and obey mods+admins at all times
NO CAPS
Respect all members and their property
Do not advertise on either of our servers
Cut down the whole tree
No 1x1 towers

Where does it say that I can't kill people? Plus, you guys didn't do anything
to prevent me from killing people. My attacks weren't disabled.

Killing people while they are AFK , is incredibly immature , not this alone , but this server ain't PvP , and as you donated you should know that.
Abusing you're commands is also a rule stated clearly on the ban reports , meaning that TP'ing without asking is abuse of power , even if you donated.

You're attacks weren't disabled? , this is a non PvP server ( atleast for now ) , you abused potions to kill people, how could we prevend that?

You know what you did is wrong , and even if you are allowed to come back on the server you for sure lost you're donator rank.

Where does say that I can't kill people with splash potions? And it's your fault for leaving that loophole that enabled me to kill people. It's like buying something that's listed for the wrong price at walmart. It's their fault and you still buy it for that price. And anyways, if you wanted us to ask, thats the whole point of /tpa. Why did you let us use /tp in the first place?

You can say whatever you like , and you are right about the splash potions , but we never expected that someone would be that immature to abuse it.

As I said killing people with splash potions is not stated , but you knew that TPing to someone without asking is bannable , so even if you dodge the bullet on the potions , you won't on the teleports.

Because you didn't abuse it once , not twice but around the 10 times.

I gave you /tp , and all other donators because it's a cool perk to have , if you have real life mates online you don't have to tpa to them and maybe have some fun with it.

You can't expect me to make it less then it is , you abused you're powers as donator , and it's as simple as that.

And yeah right snowy. All the people who I tped to were my friends, so I wasn't abusing my powers.

killing someone with potions while AFK and taking their items is certainly greifing, and obviously a banable offence. TP'ing to other players is also against the rules.
someone please lock this. you did way more than onc, i dont think there will be any appeal to this case

Just thought I'd note before this is closed.

Griefing -> Any action committed by a player that causes grief to another player in any way, shape, or form. (Usually blocks or squares, duh. Hurr hurr, ugh...that was terrible...)

Killing players with potions CAUSES grief/distress, which means it IS grief, as stated by ~Beats.
