Jail Appeal - User Gnossos

Good morning/afternoon/evening Starmine Staff,

I would like to begin with an apology for committing the offence of griefing. I believe the act in dispute was the removal of
one block of wood (jungle wood I believe) flooring from a small building close to the spawn portal in Forest Biome 1. Removing this block of wood allowed me to steal the use of an enchanting table that I could see within the building from the window holes in the door. I did this act without malice and with no desire to destroy or mar other people's work. I instead did this act out of my own complete laziness to either collect tons of leather to build my own bookshelves or pay 300 mines/wait for the owner to log on. Moderator Flames instructed me this morning that my jail sentence is for 96 hours of in game wait time, which is essentially a ban.
I ask that I may be given another opportunity to play on your server and take this mistake as a lesson. I would not at all mind paying the fee to repay my debt to the owner of the establishment which I defaced. Thank you for your time in reading this as well as your work on the server.

This is only a 4 day jail, also you don't need to be logged on the server to wait the time.

Yes, I learned that after further discussion with a separate Mod. It was not explained well when first I was informed. This being the case I am not really stressed about it and the appeal is null. Thank you for your further clarification.
