[PVP] Reporting bubzworld

I was informed that there had not been a report made on this member or guest. I even had a moderator check it out and see there was a report in the moderator forum, there wasn't one. I don't know if this person has been banned yet or has just been offline for a long while, or has decided to leave the server, but regardless I would like to keep him out of our server.

bubzworld was indeed hacking, due to the evidence of the fly hacking or modifications that aren't allowed here on Starmine PvP.
I have multiple pictures which I have taken myself from the inside of the pvp arena when there was a safe zone area inside. I'm also reporting his foul mouth, in which he repeatedly cursed over and over again.

I would like to provide the evidence below.
He may have already been banned but if not I would like this to be reason enough to do so.
