Im wondering why this topic is unlocked

And im also wondering why aus and grunt carry on about this and are very disrespectful. ( wait is that a rule? )

It's disrespectful for explaining the truth? If I get punished for telling the people of Starmine what a moderator is doing wrong I would rather be banned. It was unlocked because new evidence came to light. As all reports should be followed. How are we disrespectful?

We are not disrespectfull in anyway. Well, I know I'm not. And it's funny how you just avoided our statement of instantly tping away? Abusing much?

Its not disrespect Tylo. Its the truth. This is abuse to warp instantly away when pvping. Sheep did this also, Sheep and I were fighting in my end base and he fell off the edge of the end and warp instantly away.

I agree there was no disrepect or insults, the only thing they stated was their side of the arguement. throwing around rules to suit someones needs in an arguement is pretty immature.

these report threads shouldn't be about my friends vs your friends,

the accused states his case, the accusers state theirs, there should be no third party swaying this, only the server owner dictates the decision on this

The thing that annoys me is that a choice by he owner has been made, and ur still arguin on this, i get it its new evidence and all... But we keep coming back to the same things

Carugax, this report is open to EVERYONE so they can state their own opinions and beliefs on the subject. Lol. You're saying stating facts is immature? Please tell me where your getting your statements from?

Tylo, the reason why it got unlocked is because new evidence came to light. Nothing wrong with that.

Carugax please quit acting like you have been on the server for 3 months. You just joined the forum today Lol. You have no idea what has happened in the past. Tylo I dont understand what you're saying Lol..More evidence came to light = unlocking of the topic. Nothing more..

If this arguing keeps going on I'll lock this. I doubt snowy is going to change his mind. Unless you have some shocking evidence or what not.

Zab and I have been talking to Snowy. And he is still deciding.

p.s. if you read the server rules it shows that everybody is to be treated as equal.
Try it for once seeing as everybody seems to be throwing around the rules on this thread so much.

i vote +1 for locking thread if there is nothing new to add, so the appropriate decision can be made
