Yep, hacking is hacking no matter who is doing it. Obviously we cant ban sheep it wont let us but it applies we would just tell snow

It's not hacking it's a mod.

There are no approved mods and disapproved mods.
Therefore the mod is not illegal and is not considered a hack.
If modifications are illegal you would have to ban most of starmine who use rei's mini map.

No Kyuubi, infact we only allow very few mods. I think the only ones we allow are: Rei's minimap, Optifine, and inventory tweeks. And if you're unsure about a mod you have, ask a moderator and above about it. <--- Thats our rule.

Rei's optifine and inv tweaks are allowed I believe. Reis and optifine were allowed on the old PvP server. So there is no reason for people to not be able to use those mods on this server.

Actually I don't, but It may of been lag of some sort but pretty sure I saw flying. Since there is lots of visual effects that make people look like they are flying from lag not making a big deal of this but again It looked like flying to me.

I agree with ascarygrunt, really it doesnt matter who is hacking and shouldn't matter they are hacking and hacking destroys the starmine servers even if they helped rebuild the server and helped the community so much, they have done their fair share of damaging it by hacking.

It doesnt matter how long a player has been on the server, hacking is Hacking, im not saying savage is, although the evidence is huge.

All of this should have really been posted as a response within his own report against him. This isn't a report and should have been within that one. I think we might need to get a sub section to have it where people may post their defense statements.

You guys have to understand. He is a good guy, and has helped tons. But HACKING is HACKING.

1. Nodus gives you a huge list of mods right on your screen unless you minimize them. (Obvs minimized them ON PURPOSE) So he knew it was there.

2. The resolution he posted is outdated and isn't in anyway similar.

3.The proof is here. He should at LEAST get a temp ban for 2-4 weeks or something.

Have the staff give this a second glance and even re-look at everything. At that point have them make a poll based on evidence not personal opinions.

Kyuubi, the thing is most staff are on Savages side. It's not going to happen.

Then have the thread locked so that it is closed. It would be better for people to stop responding here.

No, people can still try and re-look at the Nodus issue, even though nothing will be done.

This has nothing to do with that. I am solving these report threads. That's something different.

No tanker, you poll came back negative.

Tanker you should see that by cursing so much in every thread you either post in or create it looks bad on the appeal you are requesting. Considering it is a rule not to do so, you still did it within the forums where it is still a rule. You have been warned many times by many people other than staff and it looks bad on you. Your poll came out negative because of how many times you've broken the rules and you still push for an appeal.

Your evidence shows how much you had to scratch out, which also shows how many more times you let your anger get the best of you to where you broke it from time and time again.

Not to mention you started disrespecting staff and they are the ones deciding whether or not you are to return. If you do not like the staff then please find another server where you can curse to your hearts content. Your threads and posts are being deleted for a reason.

Stop using Savage's report to get an appeal that has nothing to do with your own issues. Your ban was focused on your foul language and it should be around that not around savage "hacking." Also how about rewriting all of it rather than taking a screenshot over and over so that it gets smaller and smaller to where it isn't evidence anymore.
