Survival maintaince update 1

We added;

- Lottery buy ( you can now buy 20 tickets max per draw )
- Added alot of biomes back , some fresh ones some old ones
- Fixed the /tpaccept problem
- Added some new gates
- Added some plugins like Logblock,ontime etc back <-- Still need to do the Mysql setup.

Wait, so people can now buy 20 tickets? That's a bit much, if so

That's what I said, but snowy didn't listen to me :L I said: Make it ten, because 20 is too much. Then snowy said: No no, 20 will be fine..

Now, Now Children, stop Fighting :3 My Idea is the Bank Plugin, Not only when Players deposit there more & Maybe the server resets, the player Can go back & Claim there Money
