The new login plugin is killing me

evertime I join I have to login with a password which was a very good idea. However when I get tped back to my locations I fall into the void and lose all my stuff.

If someone loses connection in a bad spot and doesn't get their stuff back it wouldn't be fair to give me my stuff back.

It seems to be something that happens when you teleport with bad connection (something I often have).
