Login Failure.

Hey guys erm, just to say that I may be inactive for a while for a few reasons. Reason 1 - My minecraft account has had password problems logging in and I have requested a change via hotmail. Unfortunately their new systems takes up to a week to respond so I await a confirmation code. Reason 2 - I start a new job on Monday 3rd September and I need to fix my sleeping pattern during the week before so I'll be having early nights and waking up early. I do apologize for my lack of attendance and I hope you all enjoy yourselves in the period of time I am gone.

Quick update. My Minecraft account has been hacked. No chance of recovering as my old email was hacked months back. I'm starting a Motor Vehicle Technician apprenticeship Peach, otherwise known as a Mechanic

Isn't there some customer support person to contact when this happens?

I'll call them tomorrow during the day, I hope I can recover it. Do I call microsoft or mojang? :O newb question ik

If you want access to your old email contact the mailer provider, and the only way mojang will help you out without access to that old email account is with proof of purchase (screenshot of paypal receipt for example)
