Went to log on today since I've been busy with work and stock management issues all week.

noticed I'm banned, hmmm funny ok i'll try an alt, banned, hmmm funny ill try another alt. got round to trying 5 alts before i got bored and decided to post on here. odds are it is an IP ban, which i'm too lazy to bypass since it causes more arguements than solves them.

so just curious over the ban, if it is a legitamate reason then i'll take my leave and say thanks for the fun i've had so far on the server

Sorry mate. But Zab was the one who banned you. When we were in a Skype call you you were sharing screens, you had a hacked client. Yes I know, I sucked you in to showing me.

The hacked client was named "Avolition". For some reason, my PC wont let me prnt scrn a section of windows media player.

But if you really want proof, I'll get my phone and upload a picture.

I did my own research and guess what, team avolitions client isn't called Avolition

it is called Reliant.

so lets throw that one out of the water for being wrong

2. a screenshot of someone using a client on skype is easy to fake if they change their name to mine so more solid proof would be needed

3. do you have any video footage of me hacking ingame? Have you physically recorded from your character seeing me fly/speed/xray/aura?

4. have I had any recent complaints from players yelling that I've hacked to kill them? even though the only players i have killed are people that break the rules to get into my faction and leave to betray.

5. if i was intent on breaking rules and cheating and ruining the fun do you think i would of reported drake for flying right in front of me, that and him constantly pestering me on skype to brute force sheeps account?

6. in my line of work i get on the computer when ever i have the free time to so i think i have better things to do than to giggle over how many diamonds i could find with a client

so all in all i find the accusations and lack of evidence a bit silly, that and the way you failed to go through the banning system was offputting also.

since an admin or staff member didn't physically see me hacking in game, this should of been filed on the report section which i haven't even seen, clearly stating proof of me doing so.

Thats a video of "Team Avolition". Also during our Skype call, you went on a single player world and you had a hack menu. I showed Zab, and looks like he didn't like it.

no offense do some of the players but this is usually why kids shouldn't be given responsibility

also it turns out everyone in my faction was banned regardless of who they were

hence why my gf's account wasn't banned because she wasn't in my faction.

I copied and pasted Zabs exact ban report.

Carugax, Bev_ster, Supereggmachine, tobyaxeu, vigilante87, lachymm are all one person who has all hacked accounts with a hacked client. Has his own youtube channel which proves it and have voice recordings taken by Aus ^^

I'm not the one who banned, I just took a picture of the Avolition hacked client.

Also, it was not abuse by Sheep. I was talking to him on Skype and said Liz was your girlfriends account, and you're using it to bypass your ban. From there on, it was all his descion.

so he went over the server owners head to ban an account that might not have even been me.

since that account never once stated it was Carugax

also my youtube has never shown me using a client.
so i see no proof.

bev_ster = chris bevan's account a friend of mine a few cities away
tobyaxeu + chamunks = my friend collins accounts from canada

sorry but all of them were bought legitamately

oh and btw do a little more research too, the client that allows to get alt after alt after alt is a randomizer alt which is used by nodus but went out of date several updates ago. so no, a client won't "hack" accounts.

Caru i do agree with the ban still, even tho there was no proof that i remember of, a poll would still be in favour of ban from what i know of each staff member. I would put the poll up tho

so odds are it'll end up being most of the staff that have a biast opinion voting against me.
