[PvP] Ban request: benr202

I would like to request Benr202 to be banned for vulgarity, sexual implications, and racism.

Now spamming and abusing /me

Man I see why you want him banned. Well, I vote ban.

To be honest the only rule that he kind of broke is spamming. It doesn't seem that nobody asked him to stop or give him a warning. I will talk to Pie and see what he thinks. We can't really ban someone for being annoying.

He was not implicating the N word upon anybody else and that term is what an African american will sometimes call his friends but the "er" part is bad. Sorry for getting so technical but if your willing to go through all the work of putting up a screenie you could have at least asked him to stop or give him a warning.

We had asked him to stop the /me spam earlier than the screenshot provided. And the N word was just plain over the line.

One more juicy detail is he's been banned on the survival server for MAJOR griefs. He griefed tones of people. He even has his forum picture as "Unban me plz" Check through unban requests.

I still say that he should be banned. As Gorn says, he went way over the line

I don't think that a poll is needed. There is enough proof of profanity and spam

Also, is this seriously how the PvP Server works? I saw you just a few days ago ban someone for vulgarity and caps, and yet you let someone with a bigger crime spree slide with a temp? That is severely unjust.

I ahree with any banning, though Gorn could have taken the screenies at a better time.

I got on today and I was temp banned and I want to know why. Gornduff's accusations are highly exaggerated and were influenced by me killing him a day ago. I don't think I did anything wrong and would not consider my chatting spam.
Another thing is you seem to be a bit bias in this poll. I did not do any MAJOR griefs like that one guy who's name I don't remember said. All I did was break a couple blocks in a friends house. Also, my picture is "Unban me Please" because i wanted to get unbanned from survival. Is there anything wrong with that?
The only reason why I was doing that is gornduff was calling me a "useless piece of crap" after I killed him and he was threatening to get me banned on PVP.
And another thing, why is nobody mad about how gornduff was harassing me?
He made offensive jokes about my mother and about my pr evious unban requests from survival.
These are some of the reasons why I think this ban is extremely unreasonable. If you agree, then please help me not get banned unjustly. If you don't agree and think I really am just a "Useless piece of crap" then I'll just brush it off because, Minecraft isn't my life and it's still just a game of blocks.

Ben, I HIGHLY doubt that Gorn would say "A useless piece of crap", or call somebody that. It just doesn't sound like what he would say. If you have proof (a screenshot, a witness that is not a friend, etc) we would like to see it so you can prove to us your not guilty

I'll get somebody to prove that but that's beside the point. He's just mad at me because I killed him when he was in his hole house thingy. I handled it by saying I was "too stupid to understand him" which might have aggravated him more. A little later he told me he wanted to fight me with no weapons or armor and I asked him why and he said "because of honor" and then I said "Honor is overrated"
So he came to the pvp arena and I killed him about 15 times. (which got me on the leaderboard for kills) and then ever since then our relationship has been rocky and I can see why he would want me banned.

Benr. If he is gunning for you. Plz Don't use foal Language or anything that could be harrassing. Just ignore him and don't say a word to him

Well I tried not to and for a day I stuck to my self-deprecating way of talking to people, trying not to get into fights. But whenever I would find him and kill him he would go back to making a snide remark about me. So then a little later I said I didn't believe he had a life and he said it didn't one he was still cooler to me. And I didn't use any foul language except for "nigga" which was used out of pure curiosity. And also, I have no idea where he is getting "sexual implications." I'll try not to talk to him if he doesn't annoy me.

Thinking about it, it seems fishy on both sides. Gorn could have taken those screenshots at a better time, and you don't have any at all. This is really strange then what usually happens.


Ben, who was on at the time of this? Don't say "some random people" or whatever. think. Think about who was on that can be easily accessible on either the server or forums. We really need to close this but not frame the wrong guy
