Shop not working correctly for some items

Ever since the server went down yesterday I have been unable to sell nether wart in the spawn shop. I'm not sure what is going on, as the other Buy/Sell points work fine, it is just the netherwart that is acting up.

I have been hearing a lot of complaining about this, didn't think it was actually real though

gravel too, it took my gravel and gave no money.
