Problems With Links

I can't Link Anyone Anything. If they want to Download any of my skin Or ANYTHING on the server. I know I am Not the only one having this problem so This Isn't me. Also I went On My friends Private server and I could do it there so What is happening

On Starmine you can't post links, 'cause the dots are taken out by a plugin(don't know which plugin). When you post a link, it looks like this: www google com :I

But I don't know why it doesn't work on your private server, sry :I
