Is Minecraft.net down?

Hello there,I Cant connect to Minecraft says Minecraft.net is down,is that right?or is it just me who cant get on?Thank you..

also sheep how do u put a picture where yours is starmine srever name etc...

If ever in doubt if you google "is minecraft.net down" it directs you to a site that pings their central server - and if it doesn't say "online" it will return with a "failed to establish connection". Seemed it was down for hours yesterday, but I imagine its to do with the backend fix they keep tweeting about with getting the skins working properly for everyone
