Yet another glitch

Often on the survival server I drop items. However recently I haven't been able to pick up any drops that I have have dropped near me unless someone else is there. Also sometimes when I break blocks I can't pick up the drop. This used to happen to me randomly and not very often, however now it is happening very often and I am losing quite a bit of stuff.

Has anyone else had this glitch?

Can it be fixed?

Akikira If that happends There is a simple command to fix it.

See when your an animal you can't pick up stuff so that is why You are having problems

as Pie says, you can't do anything when you are in MD
