Increase Java's priority in Task Manager [Optional Really, Since you have to redo it everytime]
*Make Sure Minecraft is Open*
*Press ctrl+Alt+Delete -> Task Manager -> Processes Tab -> Scroll Down To javaw.exe -> Right Click -> Set Priority -> High
