New error message?

For some reason, the forums wont let me upload it. When I load up my client, this is what it says

Service Instability Due to service outage at our provider Amazon there is reduced availabilty of logging in and most other systems. We're trying to do what we can on our end. See Twitter for updates, mollstam

Anyone else got this? If you do, what does it mean?

I can't check since I post from my phone, but it is exactly what it says. The servers are unstable because the Amazon servers are down, meaning it will be hard to log in.

But why the Amazon servers of all things?
