A little while ago I was searching around for mods, and found the Gullivers mod.

I love this mod! This is great, and the best part is, now I can make my pecori city in Hylia!!! Oh minish cap how I love you. It would also be interesting as to how this would work on a PvP server, you could sneak into enemy bases while tiny, or just flat out attack them while huge. Either way, I think this would add alot to the server, both servers.

Then what was/were the pecori? Was that the name of their town?

Picori are what Hyruleans call the Minish.

Oh ok, so calling them the Picori isnt completly wrong.
