End of the world feast!

Me and muffin have been working to gather food for a feast which I will, hopefully, be hosting it on june 8th the day before the reset.
I currently fid it most convienient for it to be held at 6:30 central NorthAmerican time.

The feast will be held in the park area of the city. To get there type /warp starmine then walk forward to an area of the city with a gravel path. once you get to the gravel turn left and you should see a building in the park, that is where the feast will be held.

I will be serving food to you feel free to ask for any food

Great idea, but how about using the City itself, we have a nice park area, when you are both online, come TS, and we can build a suited area here:

Aki, do you think I got enough food? I can easily make more, but if you'd like, I can make a very big table for the feast, since there is so many people on the server... Anyways, if you need absolutely ANY help, I'm free and glad to help..

akikira im going to bring over 5 large chests of food if thats ok with you. in them will be all sorts of meats bread and melon. I will also put in some cooking supplies if needed. it would be helpful if i new were to put it all ;P

Ive got a cow and chicken spawner plus a huge melon farm so Ill gather as much of the melons, beef and chicken as i can.

I got 6 Diamond Blocks, 12 Gold Blocks and 8 Lapis Blocks you can use to make the party area more decorative.

Thanks for the offer peach I'll see if anyone else has a place they would happily have it in. The time would be a problem though with the multiple time zones I can't really orgenize them separately. Likely I will anounce the time in my zone on the 8th (I can't plan ahead since my plans never work with my parents).

I'll confirm the destination on the 6th.

Would it be possible to have a PvP tournament acompanying the feast?

If not I suppose a mob arena would do.

Just a little update. Thanks for all the help people! The location of the feast is beyond the message board to the left, and it looks very awesome! Here are some screenshots:




Please note that the current look might not be final. I like it though. Please come by and visit, and most importantly, come to the feast on the 8th! I will notify if we change the date. If you'd like to donate for the feast, get Akikiri, or me, to put the food in the chest. Almost any food is acceptable. I hope you like it!

So far it looks like the feast will be held in the city. However maybe we could use other parts of the same city area for events (could we?).

We are currently in a shortage of rotten flesh and spider eyes all foods and drinks are acceptable.

ill bring some spoider eyes and rotten flesh im sure i hv a couple of stacks in my house

I've left some lava buckets in a chest (for use in furnace) and some golden apples underneith too, so the players with access to that area of land should be able to open the chest.

Peach, (or any other admins) do you think you could fly over the center of the park area (really high so you can see it all)
and take a screenshot of the area? Push f1 to get rid of your inventory and chat stuff.

Its -6 GMT, but remember, UK is in summer time right now, so we are +1GMT

6:30 CST become 01:30am here in the UK - so I suspect we'll have 2 events set up for everyone to enjoy
