My Resignation

Hey guys, everyone pretty much knows me and i just want to say its been good fun being admin on the server. But unfortunatly i do not want to be anymore due to the fact that ive tried to get new plug ins on the server which will be coming soon and i wanted a strong staff team to help me implement these and get more people on the server.
Ive solved so many social problems on the server by having talks with people over skype and such but i wanted to redo the staff before the new plug ins came in, which is why i recommended Gornduff to snowy while he decided if i should be Admin or not to take the pressure off him with sam. I wanted to get rid of 3 incompetent staff to say which is being nice towards them, sorry if this is not everyones view but potatos were more use because these mods caused more problems than they solved. I wanted to replace them with people i knew on the server who were reliable and trustworthy of these positions but me and Snowgorilla do not share the same view of how the server should move forward in this aspect which is why im resigning as i do not want to have to pick up the slack of 3 mods to get the server up and running again, its not fair on me, its not fair on the other staff and for that reason im saying goodbye and i hope the server does improve with time ^^

Is tylo getting mod again? If he's getting mod in less than a week im leaving. Lol. Zabrida is the best damn admin this server has had and it will go into shambles if he leaves. Here is what's going to happen : Zab leaves, Sheep gets admin, shitty mods will stay, no donors, no money, no server. The end.

EDIT : If sheep gets admin I am going to laugh my #$% off. Just saying.

Miniminer, I used to shew resentment for Zabrida, but I've come to a consentence with him. And also to note, you, Tylo, and Ascarygrunt need to step up your game. There's barely any work/justice being done around here, with due respects. I would like to see some improvement before you can say anything more about Zabrida.

Did Mini delete her post? Lol. I agree with taters, as mostly everyone does i'm guessing. We don't need to have the same staff forever...Just saying that if Tylo gets his rank back or Sheep gets admin I am going to be flabbergasted at that decision.

Whadda you know, Sheep was never actually demoted! Wow, now the staff of Starmine lie? Lol. Pathetic. If you are going to keep abusive people admin at least give us the decency to tell us the truth. Blake just left starmine, not a surprise there.

Wow. Just as I thought Starmine got better with Zab coming in, and the two abusive staff got demoted. But, nope. Sheep was never demoted, he was ALWAYS Admin, he just had a mod title. As for Tylo, Snowgorilla just re-promoted him along with MiniMinerMan115. But nothing about Scary. I really think that Snow has some favourites on the server, sorry Emil but you're making the server worse than it is. Since Zab left people are going to abuse their powers now, there is KNOWONE to control them. Zab was the one doing that, but he now gone. They are just going to continue cheating+abusing. And Snow isn't going to do jack about it because they're his "favourites". I like you as Emil, not as Snowgorilla. You need to make better choices and see the bigger picture, otherwise Sheep and Tylo are going to cause the servers failure. People are just going to continue leaving, donor ranks will never be finished, there will always be unfair advantages towards the abusive staff, just because Snow favours them.

Go ahead and rage at me, it's my opinion, and it's the truth.

Once again, Starmine falls...Lol. Nothing much left for me to say. I'm so close to quitting but I want to hear your guys' side of the story and it better be damn good. Alot of people have already left Starmine as it is.

Guys its a game... its not like the end of the world and trust me A. tylo isnt getting Op EVER... and B. if i see any abuse of power i will either Consolidate the snowy's or just demote them if its excessive. your kinda blowing this out of proportion. a mods only true role is to ban/warn people who break rules, they will not get op at all if i have anything to do with it, and Tbh the sheep issue i had nothing to do with and i think admins shouldn't take part in PvP so now Sheep... i ask and this time fully.. Admin or PvP w/mod since this is just trouble and i cant be bothered with it anymore so make the decision and ur not getting a secret admin and mod this time.

I've got to agree with everyone else with this, what is going on, i was on when tylo got re-promoted, i then told snow that Zab and snowy demoted him, i asked him if he even looked at the forums, he said no.

I'm a little confused, you're saying you demoted yourself, yet only thw owner has perms to change ranks. You probably just removed your admin titel and swapped it to member, just like what you did with "secret" admin.

Before I evnen beleve you demoted yourself, I'll need to see Snowy actually /pex demote you.

Also, what is the EXACT command you typed in to demote yourself?

i checked he isnt admin and tbh Ive had it with this crap so he isnt admin.. tylo n mini have time to prove their worth... its getting worked out just drop it now.. its being sorted....

They shouldn't have to prove themselves worthty, they should be doing what they should be doing the whole time. If they are not doing what they are suppose to be doing they should be demoted (that's what Zab did and was the right approach).
Giving them another chance is stupid because all that's going to happen is that they will try to act like a moderator for a week or two so they can be "worthy" and then go back to their same routine of not being active or a good moderator.

I am sorry and no offence to any of the mods but they don`t have enough mental strenghth.
As I call them `Survival Mods` Because If you are a Pvp Staff member you need to have alot of mental strenghth.
I had to prove it the hard way with the server.
But I beileave Zab did it because of the current mental strenghth that the mods had
