ban for xraying

Aus wanted to check my mine for xraying. And im ban. Just want to say.
1.) I don't mine that much. I build
2.) Its a public mine. How am I supose to know who has been in the mine. We have
3.)Big mine. It may lead to someone else mine.
4.) My friend likes to make many paths.
5.) My town got griefed 7 times so the griefs may have done that.

Thats all i know about the mine.

There is no ban report. I'm going to bed now so could another mod/admin get this unban?

Hi, I was just banned for xray but i can say i have never used xray.

for one reason, as with nexus's ban repeal, it is a public mine and when i was digging i dug into another mine that was not mine. I have never used xray and i would like to rejoin starmine because i believe it is my home and i would love to continue playing.

I saw this and it was ALOT of xray...If you guys knew about this why didn't you report any of it?..A bit suspicious. Imo you guys xrayed.

once again the mine is big. I promise i didn't know about it. About once again its Public How would i know who has been in their. Other people have been in their. I would have to be on 24/7 and check the mines each hour. And still how do you know I did it. Many,many people have been in there. (sorry if i seem mad)

And one more thing before i head to bed. There really is no proof. How do you Know I or cyrus broke the blocks. I could have been someone else. Yes, we own the town and mine, but we let people mine by themself or bring friends. Its open to everyone not just town people.

I asked for a list of people, and most of them you said don't play anymore. I used /seen. Tell me their names again and I'll double check (It has to be their full INGs)

I cant remember all of them. They got signs on their homes and this is a list in the town hall. Wolfdaddy(i think) jess/4m4, Mayo, and as i said we have been griefed a lot(and i don't the greifers names). We had people make random holes(desert= rise level of excation) I don't know all the people that came into the town. Our house is near the desert portal. So people have a easy way of getting to the mine. And our mines link to others so it may be someone else mine too. So it may be someone else who did it. more people as i said Roche and nobby. I can't remember full names of some people. But please Im not lying we did not xray. Starmines has been our home for sooo long. He have been on since april. We would never do anything like that.

Unbanning you early because the evidence isn't great enough and its an obvious unban.

Ther is no way to prove it was x-ray. We can't ban them.

Sheep approved and the evidence isnt great enough, The vote is greatly overwelmed on the unban side it just isnt fair for them to wait 7 days for something they didnt do. Think the rules should change up a bit in a situation like this. Democracy was used Grunt, i just don't unban someone because i feel like it.

It looked like you were deciding for yourself there. I had not known that the other staff agreed to an unban. Rules are rules though. He must have known that was down there, why not report it?..

He had every right to report it, but we are just saying the rest of us think he deserves to be unbanned and there is not enough proof to presuade us.
