Unban Request / Getting some stuff off my chest

So, i was banned from Starmine PvP for cursing, thread started by Oblivionkuubi.

While i do admit i ocasionally went over the top, i like how Oblivion took the pictures exactly when my swears start, and his and/or his buddie's provocations (Calling us donkeys, calling us out, other ''non-offensive'' slander, for example: LOOK OUT, he is using big words now etc, i did not make screenshots, because i found them un-unnecessary, but I do have eyewitnesses, for example Irnehhenri) end.
While they were worded less ''offensive'' then my trash-talk, they still got the point across.



Another thing i wanted to talk about is the recent end conversion to pvp arena. I already posted to the mcforum thread, that Millenium had it, some nations controlling overworld complained about lesser factions getting exp from farms and training buildings, so the end got converted to a public place.

Snow's response was (Direct Quote): The end belongs to no one, everyone wants to get there and have fun.

I would like to hit two birds with one stone, so i'll say this: The Overworld is completly infested by Naga, Elite and TeK. We would also like to have fun in the overworld, but wait, we can not go out solo, because we will, without question, be shanked by /ptping Naga and TeK members. Now, if we complain, nothing will be done, because naga has been a big faction, but when Elites or some other big faction complains, that they do not get advantages like the end control, (that Millenium had, and shared with 7asses, who Naga hated, Elites rather hated, and TeK also hated) the End gets converted into a PvP arena.

I find it rather unfair, as that was, more or less, the only benefit we had over the bigger factions, as they outnumbered us in player count, weapon and armor quality and treasury size, and Millenium took time and patience to kill endermen, find the portal, and make the 12 ender eyes needed to go in the end, built a huge farm, killed the ender dragon, made the world flat, and destroyed the obsidian towers, only to find their hard work rewarded by Naga greifing their acrobatics farm, (It can be seen in-action on one of the pictures Oblivion used as proof against us, namely picture 12/18, where they are ''breaking down a wall'' and the remains of stairs can be seen in the background. a PvP arena built on the flat land Millenium created( NOTE: I have not seen the arena, only heard of it) , their under-ground farm half-claimed and them having to pack up their stuff and leave. Also, right after SnowGorilla claimed some safe-zone chunks, Naga somehow got in, and claimed all the remaining chunks that Snow missed, and the Millenium clan are left with nothing, exept about 0.5 hearts more damage using swords, than before. Note: This was still from the time i was unbanned, witch was about 2-3 Days ago. I do not know if the situation has changed since then, nor can i find out if it has.

I find Admins/Mods are too supportive of the 3 big factions, and denied smaller factions the chance to rise against them. Soon the server will proboably look like this: Picture a small Italian City controlled by One Maffia family, who has 3 big brothers. Maffia run everything, nothing gets past them. They seek out victims to hit for cash, if you pay them most of what you have, they wont touch you. Everybody else cowers in fear as nothing can be done about the unjust Maffia rule, while the Government does nothing, because the Maffia will either slit your throat or pay you to be quiet, before you can alert the higher authorities. The Mafia also have roots in the Government, so if a few complaints even reach them, they are muffled. Do you really want a server like that?

TL;DR version: Sorry for swearing, want unban. I was not always the first to start talking trash. The End being taken away was unfair for Millenium, as they were the first to go trough the trouble of finding the portal. Admins support big factions too much, big factions will dominate over everything soon. Hope we can have a good discussion about both the End and my Unban.

You can scrap most of this post. The PvP arena in the End is made in a giant bedrock box, next to the main islands, and not on top of it. The End is now accesable via a portal at spawn, so anyone can go there and claim land. If Millenium wants its land, go claim it I say, 'cause SnowGorilla removed all the safezones.

Even if you didn't start it Tanker, but you still swore multiple times. That's what matters.

True, but even if he swore if someone is provoking another player as he described them to be doing they should be punished.

That's pretty disrespectful and could have the same effect on a lot of players if happened to them.

There's a difference in being competitive and just plain mean

Also, "griefing" their acrobatics farm, isn't against rules. Griefing is allowed. That is one of the rules at spawn, seeing as this IS a pvp server.

Why would you get mad over an acrobatics farm? All you have to do is make a 1x3 pillar with a some stairs and BAM a farm

It doesn't matter if they provoked you because it is not against the rules. If snow would give me safezone perms or something then I would change the rules ALOT. But seriously griefing is allowed and you went WAY off topic. I was not supporting any faction in any way at all, I banned you for excessive swearing which has nothing to do with supporting other factions. Millenium found the End but that doesnt mean that they should have complete control over it forever. You were constantly swearing over a few days period so i'm not sure if you will be unbanned. I'm not completely aware of how unbans are voted for or whatever. I'm going to talk to pie/snow.

I do agree with the last bit. I am a nuetral mod And I wanted his side of the story all this time. I say what he did and was banned for doing so But.
The last part was true. This is why I don't want it to happen again.(So i am being A neutral mod) I will disagree But Just coming out with Facts Not Emotions.

Very true Pie55555. I worry about the safety of the PvP server alot. I don't want anything bad to happen again. But it seems things are getting out of hand between factions. I mean Naga, T.e.K and some other faction I forget the name of are all teamed up. And that can be unfair to smaller factions like my own. Some people are getting too violent on the PvP server and have been starting fights and swear battels.

Also I think there should be a rule about spawn trapping new players. I know some people just wait at spawn and obsesivley kill new player as soon as they take one step out of the safe zone.

Yeah I will set one up. By the way people haven't been complaining about large factions or teaming up or anything (so i've heard). I want to talk to snow about some rules also so. Anyways I will stop talking about this on a unrelated topic lol.

Day 1 fight was actually against SheepOwner, JoshFloors, and another member of TeK. All three of them on me, one at a time, in the wilderness. (I won.)

The only members of TeK on day 1 were Myself, sheep, and Josh. Don't know who the other guy your talking about is

Still, Millenium have not, in any way, as far as I know, been compensated for actually searching for and finding the real end portal, because all that is now obsolete as you can just /spawn and walk 40 or so blocks to get there. Getting those ender eyes is no easy task. End used to be ALL theirs, their buildings all intact, but now they have to share what is rightfully theirs.

Since End was fortified, and only they could get in, it would be same as someone getting teleported into your base, demolishing about 10% of it, then leaving. In addition, this was not the main problem, just one little side-event.

Actually at one time TeK was called "cunts" by tanker and i believe i have a screnie ill hve to look

Out of all swears, "cunt" is easily one of the worst. Even if he didn't do anything wrong here. He should be banned if there's truth of him saying it

Not really strong, you guys just pick on players weaker than you usually. I mean, pretty much every Naga member has been afraid to go at BK or me unless we're armed in iron.

And onto the matter of "not attacking weak players". I myself saw Gravecats farming unarmoured people in the arena when the server was early in it's stages. Dude didn't have enough time to do anything before reaching the arena again, so Cats can't say she thought he had something to win. Though KAO can account for his actions, he'll never be fully aware of all Naga's actions apparently. And I recall an incident where someone wanted to play 1vs1 with "fists only" but you interfered and killed him, when nothing was to be won there.

I've seen you and Cats stalk people out of the spawn when they're wearing only iron armour or less, attempting to shadow them. Hoping to get an easy kill I guess. I've heard some Naga members stalk new players who join and kill them underground after a couple of hours of playing. Don't know what they could possibly amount to in that time for you guys to take. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if this rumor was true, since I've seen you guys lie just to get someone into a 1vs3 when it was supposed to be a 1vs1, all cause he couldn't be ganked alone.


And on the main topic. Oblivion was quite biased in reporting TankerElite. One of his own faction members curses off the handle much like Tanker, and he's even done it around Oblivion quite often. Yet, I don't see any report on him from Oblivion, the dude doesn't even warn him when he's online. And if he did warn him, that'd be worse. Since he continues regardless. The only difference between the two is Savage doesn't log on much or at all. When he is on, it's hard to find him having a civilized discussion. If I didn't know any better, I'd say Oblivion reported him cause they aren't allies.

Pvp servers and cursing tend to one in hand actually. Whether it's League of Legends, or even Xbox live, there's no competitive gaming community that's clean of this. Look at one of the current moderators, even though this was before he became moderator. The guy literally flipped his shit over anything and was really going at me and BK the one day. He even wrote profanity on his "to do list" inside his faction walls. Although, all this was before he became mod, and since becoming one he's done a splendid job. I'd be more for muting or a temporary ban to players that commit this offense, since I don't find it ban worthy.
