Era 2: first redstone contest

We held a redstone contest a while ago with 3 contestants (1 had to leave).
For this specific redstone contest contestants needed to make a fresh contraption in 1 hour.
The entries were:
-Muffin's fast stone generator
-Akikira's combo lock door

The winner was Akikira's combo lock door.

I'm planning on holding future redstone contests, some will allow you you to re-enter previously made ones, some will get you to make a fresh one. I plan on most not having fresh made ones so you might want to begin building now! Also did I mention that if this becomes popular (average 7 entries cough) there will be prizes?

Like the idea, but I'm .. well.. crap with redstone I can make a piston door, and a clock, that's probably all I can do xD

Pie, way to steal my idea. I'd build one of my super TNT cannons. The kind we never got to show anyone in PvP. I wanted to do a raid with it, but never got around to building one. Sooo.... Boom?

fwa, you people and your cannons, maybe sometime if there is ever a PvP sever again I can show you a tase of my super multi cannon and my spray cannon (better for defence).

*Cough* My best cannon uses 33 TNT per shot. Launching TNT so far that it's fuse runs out before it can touch the ground. The strongest one that makes contact with the ground uses 17 TNT per full shot, and launches about 100 blocks in distance.

Also, I can add further pieces to each cannon, increases the power and changing the angle of the shot. Ask any member of Naga, I've shown them. I call it, "The Angular Column Cannon". Each column holds 4-8 blocks in height at a maximum of 4 columns. Meaning that a MAX cannon would use 65 TNT per shot. The sheer force of the explosion would likely destroy the cannon itself, but launch any projectile, (IE -> TNT Projectile), too far to be traced with the eye. This cannon is far too powerful to be used for any practical purpose, as the cannon that uses 17 TNT per shot is all that would be practical for any use.

I can build a better TNT cannon then all of you! Mine is auto loading and firing. It can launch TNT up to 1528 blocks, It only fires twelve TNT at a time though, but auto loading makes up for it. Try to beat that

Mine can fire 2 tnt and can go up to 10 blocks BEAT THAT

mine's pretty adjustable but it would require lots of redstone delay adjustments, it might be able to fire 400+ tnt but that would be at bedrock.

not sure when the next one will be, hopefully the judge can be a builder though for tpa access.

My cannons are the size of battleships. They shoot so far it isn't even funny
