I got jailed for no reason.

No hacks/cheats/xrays
No griefing
Swearing will not be tolerated in any form
Do not ask for higher ranks
Listen and obey mods+admins at all times
NO CAPS
Respect all members and their property
Do not advertise on either of our servers
Cut down the whole tree
No 1x1 towers
*If you have access to MD, DO NOT md as the enderdragon or other members (this will result in a ban)

These are the rules presented to every player as they find the forums.They are asked to read these short few rules.As most people I read these rules, I have actually read these multiple times. The reason I was Jailed and Muted was this rule (Listen and obey mods+admins at all times) which I believe is very Defined but I was presenting a mature point without swearing insulting just Disagreeing with the choice of the Mod which then all of a sudden was sent to jail.Then i asked why and got Muted. Why Starmine,This I know as a good server, but this has obviously proved me wrong and misled. I honestly thought your Mods where better than this. I proved backed points as well as points why i believed the Mod was incorrect. Basicly if the reason I got Jailed is for presenting an opinion. That is just wrong most of us live in places of equality including me and the Mod who jailed me. They are not better and neither am I. I do know they have more power but. With power comes responsibility which in what I see if you don't "like" or where proved wrong do not just Jail them because you have more Power. Well this is my rant and I will not release the Mods name, They may say it was them but I will not Rat anybody out, Just Read this and Post your opinion Please

You were pursuing a dropped subject, and had previously disrespected Server Staff about matters that were not within your jurisdiction. As far as I'm concerned, your incarceration is completely just, and serves as subject to each player in treatment to the server.

Hey monkeysrus thanks for posting, but you haven't actually said what happened?

He was trying to stir up something like Tinyman333 did, trying to basicly change a bunch of stuff. I had told him to drop the topic, and a few minutes later, he had to make a jab at what was said, so I had to incarcerate him. Though, my word is not to be taken into full account, as it would be better to hear Monkey's side of the story.
